This quiet and peaceful property is located on the resort of Playas de Fornells and not far from our other properties. The covered terrace is surrouned by tropical gardens and has a oblique sea view and along the rugged coastline nearby.

Just down a small flight of steps is a superb pool and large sun terraces overlooking the sea.l. As well as this it is on the coastal path that leads to the renowned fishing village of  Fornells with its myriad of quayside restaurants, bars and shops.

There is private parking nearby and the shops, bars and amenities of the resort are all within a 10 minutes walk. This community owing to its location, is renowned for its stunning views and the peace and tranquillity it affords the visitor throughout the entire summer season

The property is on the ground floor and has its own terrace that has views across to the coast and the open sea. The full size pool is nearby but not so close as to disturb the peace and quiet especially during the busier summer months of July and August.

The bedroom is large and airy with windows opening over the gardens and has a fully fitted wardrobe. The property is fully equipped and in the newly decorated kitchen there is a full size cooker with 4 hobs, a microwave, fridge, washing machine. In the lounge there is radio/CD player, Sky satellite LCD TV, DVD (includes a selection of films) and fans in both the lounge and the bedroom. There is also a small safe. The settee can be adapted to make a large double bed if required and there is a extendable table and  chairs for dining inside. The double french doors open on to the covered terrace that has table and chairs provided.

The property itself is very spacious with a full size bathroom whcih has been completely modernised for 2008 and now includes a walk in  shower with a multijet shower panel , fully fitted kitchen with American style breakfast bar open plan lounge/diner with comfortable chairs and settee. The location of Sa Caseta is unique in that whilst in the centre of this beautiful community it is not overlooked so you are left to enjoy all Tamarindos has to offer yet remain private and secluded.
